February 2023 – Victorian House, Belsize Park, London

Scales undertook the restoration of a 160-year-old Victorian house, using traditional lath and plaster techniques. The ceilings and walls were lime-plastered, while the first-floor walls featured blue clay plaster for an earthy aesthetic. The building’s external render was replaced with lime render, and its decorative features were meticulously repaired. Main Contractor: Sullivan Brothers Construction
